I have absolutely no idea to whom your post is directed or what your "personal matter" reference even means, but if you are interested in pursuing legal action you have now been provided with the specific name and location of a law firm which is very familiar and well experienced with litigation involving timeshare industry fraud and deceit. They may or may not be able (or willing) to help or to represent you, but it would cost you NOT ONE PENNY to at least make the effort to initiate contact and find out for yourself.

Nothing will just happen on its' own by either magic or inaction and "group hand wringing" alone will accomplish absolutely nothing. It's your situation, decision and your call as to whether you want to make the effort to see if you can be helped by legal representation. Good luck.
