In 2003 my father purchased 1bd/2ba suite at TMC for $17,921 and paid cash. I have the deed and contract. It was deeded in his name only. He passed away 10/25/2016 and my step-mother passed away this May. Are my siblings and myself responsible for the bi-annual dues? We never used it or have any interest in it, we all live in different States. I paid SMTN $1,498 to try and sell it, no luck in the last 10-months. We just want to get out of it, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Sheryl
