Your response is completely unwarranted and sadly misinformed. As a former prosecutor, I attempt to provide useful and practical input on EFFECTIVE courses of action in timeshare matters. I sympathize with your dilemma and I am sorry that you made such a regrettable purchase decision, but a few decades of experience have taught me to distinguish between legal battles that can be fought and won vs. those that are losers "right out of the gate".
Attempting legal action against a Mexican operation is a loser, plainly stated. Operating outside of the U.S., such parasites are not subject to U.S. law. In essence, you have no "reach", no leverage --- and no legal jurisdiction. If you want to expend time and energy and money to learn that on your own, it is your right and prerogative to do so. However, it is not appropriate to displace your personal frustration by disparaging MY well intended input.
Good luck --- and have a nice day.
