Hello everyone: Unlike most of you we are not worried about our credit report. We bought our vacation club at the Krystal Grand in San Jose Del Cabo, 7 months ago and we paid in full. We have been trying to book our week and we are unable to contact anyone, every number that we call is a dead end. Every time we call the resort they connect us to a number that no one answers! Just today they were so rude at the point that they hung up the phone on me, I assume Krystal Grand knows what's going on!
