I paid for three years - about $450 a month - and then stopped from January of this year. After numerous calls from them, they have handed this over to their US Collection agency - Resort Recovery Solutions, LLC., based in San Diego is now following up with threatening calls and emails. I told them to go ahead and sell my weeks to pay off. They say they cannot do that and now they threaten to report this to Transunion.

Anyone have any experience in dealing with Resort Recovery Solutions? Should we all engage a lawyer? Or report this scam / fraud to FBI and/or speak with a Federal Prosecutor, etc.
