Yes! This has been going on for years and who knows how many thousands of people have been affected. I don't know how to proceed but would be willing to contribute to any action against them with law enforcement, news exposure and/or class action suit. I have received letters and phone calls from the San Diego recovery company and when I asked them in writing to provide proof of the validity if the charge I don't hear anything back. It has been about 3-4 months since I sent the letter. There is specific language you should use. Just Google a template. If shine knows how to proceed with group action, please let me know. These crooks should be stopped!
