Worst case scenario I have a VERY overpriced timeshare I can use for the next 25 years, but the last thing I want to do is visit the Krystal again after being lied to and deceived by them.

I am VERY interested in a class action lawsuit.

If you don't have any maintenance fees owing on it, you can try to rent it out. Mind you, there is a glut on the market for Mexican rentals so it might be a challenge to find a renter and, on top of that, rent it out at a price that will cover your maintenance fees.

If you like vacationing but do not want to visit Krystal Latitude 21, you can try exchanging with one of the exchange companies.

As for a class action lawsuit, you might want to be careful on this one. First of all, there are many unscrupulous law firms trolling boards like these and trying to lure people like you to their firms. Unfortunately, they don't accomplish much other than get your hopes up and then waste a lot of your time. I have heard of very few successful class action suits against timeshare resorts and companies where the plaintiffs (various owners) received a significant settlement.
