It says that the “Notice of cancellation may be delivered personally to the developer or sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, or sent by express, priority or recognized overnight delivery service with proof of service, to the business address of the developer”. Is Purolator pertains to mentioned above? I delivered it via Purolator express and I received their email notification of the shipment progress or tracking that includes the day I sent it and estimated delivery. But Im not sure if the receiver/ developer would be able to notify by Purolator or will know that I sent it on time Oct. 18 that was less than 5 days. I called the Purolator customer service and they said I should provide the developer/receiver the tracking no. There was no business phone number of the Rescission Department of Starpoint Resort Group Las Vegas, the developer. But I do have the phone numbers of Sapphire Resorts and the quality assurance Representative. Should I call them and give the tracking no? Thank you so much for your reply.
