Krystal is a big Fraud!!

Hi i will have one year with the Krystal on November and have the same story as everyone else. these monthly payments have killed and it has all been a scam. any advise on what i should do to try and get my money back would help me and my family a great deal thank you.

would it be wise to take a trip to Mexico and pursue legal actions there?

Who have already been involved in this scam, the wiser way maybe is try to rent it yearly to relatives/friends without thinking about any profit. Then, the initial investment divided in numbers of years you have signed plus annual fee (therefore, the real cost) makes a reasonable low price to offer to your relatives/friends to take a nice vacations to Cancun. After walked away (lucky me that I have rescind the contract within five days) , a lot of friends were wondered why didn't I keep the contract, so yearly they could alternate to share the "benefits"paying only the cost.Of course, nobody wants to have headache for free, but would be this or losing already invested money. In any cases I think is worthy to initiate a lawsuit, because you want it or not, a legal contact have signed and nobody (including me) have corroborate what stated in that contract corresponds to what the salesman told us. Our fault from the start. Moreover, You could fall to another scam and waist more time and money as it could see in a lot of testimonies in attempt for recovering their money. Hope this can help you.

Mnm.. But then you would lost every cent you already pay before...I would make effort to rescue all I can .

The sad fact but indisputable fact is that there is not going to be any recovery of any money from "Krystal" under any imaginable circumstances. Accordingly, it's surely best to just cut one's losses and walk away with a harsh lesson learned.

To consider pursuing "legal action" in Mexico would unfortunately be a very expensive (and entirely unproductive) venture --- essentially just a fool's errand. What passes for a "legal system" in Mexico is basically just a bad joke anyhow. Not at all funny, but still a joke.

Hello everyone: Unlike most of you we are not worried about our credit report. We bought our vacation club at the Krystal Grand in San Jose Del Cabo, 7 months ago and we paid in full. We have been trying to book our week and we are unable to contact anyone, every number that we call is a dead end. Every time we call the resort they connect us to a number that no one answers! Just today they were so rude at the point that they hung up the phone on me, I assume Krystal Grand knows what's going on!

Can you give us some information about this?

OMG, i was recently offered the package and felt for it, signed the contract and is still waiting for the ICE reward to be activated. If anyone is successful at cancelling please let me know how.

Just stop paying them anymore money and walk away . NEVER pay anyone money upfront that claims they can get you out of your contract !!!
