There is supposedly an owners meeting on August 4th?????? Call the front desk to confirm. They need to have any member interested in attending to call so they know numbers and where they will place everyone. Might be a good time to generate a list. I, unfortunately, will be on business in LA.

pixie,TMC has information on you when you bought Plus you are a deeded owner,ITS YOUR PROPERTY,for a week anyway, you don't have to hide, let them know they are messing up and if management does not clean up there act.you will sue,and let the court tell them its your property and you pay for it and should not loose it because you did not call to make reservation 9 mths out,and management is taking 20% of your MFS for themself,industery average is 10%

Just logon tothe yahoo group site,there is no ID needed http://groups.yahoo.com/group/manhattanclubowners then once on the site,you can read past post but to get update by email, you have to join and become a member,info how to join is onthe site

Howard What does past post mean? I tried to sign in and I"m always missing something according to yahoo. Any thing from upper, lower case, can't use i.d. I type in, etc. etc. I do the same type of thing on other sites and I never have problem. Thank you. I would most like to know what past post means. past post just means other postings that people have written before yours.

Can you log on to yahoo at all? If not, re register with yahoo, then ask to join the group.

Well we shall soon see for ourselves, my wife and l will be in NYC for a few days before and after a cruise. we are staying at ManhattanClub just l night before the cruise and then at the Wyndham fashion 26 after the cruise. The 1 night price was $229.00 then you get $50.00 in cash plus a choice of 2 theatre tickets or another $100.00 in cash. they must really be desperate for business. you many years we have tried to exchange into the Manhattan club and always get the "NO SPACE" routine. We shall see,because l am a fussy SOB.

There is always space for people taking a tour, Hope you know about Resale
