Contact PROFECO and lay out in chronological order all of the events, dates and details of your situation. Do so in writing and in very clear and specific detail. *IF* you have accurately represented the facts as stated above and *IF* you can back up your claims and facts with supporting documentation, PROFECO will very likley assist you in the successful retreival of your purchase deposit, as well as in voiding the contract.

Profeco is of no use when a matter is nothing more than belated “buyer’s remorse”, but they can be of valuable assistance when a Mexican RTU contract seller fails to comply with applicable law regarding a properly submitted contract rescission. Good luck!
