Can't even give them one star

Feb 22, 2012

Has anyone been successful? What do the owners get if the resort is sold?

We very much want to get in on this lawsuit. We were told a pack of lies nothing they sold us on has happened. Please contact us at lady_doc1@hotmail.com.
I sent you the terms of the group 2/15/12. Please reply to christinelolsen@hotmail.com
Currently there is not any lawsuit against Club Land'or Nassau, that we are aware of, only against Colonial Crossings, Williamsburg.

Please help! We are so distraught with Club land Or, it is filthy dirty and they are charging us $1300.00 for our week, it goes up 5% per yr. and an additional $499.00 per yr. for a budget assessment, and we get an assessment for something every year now. fenmax@verizon.net

Besides contacting Christinelosen@hotmail.com on how to get in the FB group for those with complaints and issue over Club Land'or, also google the "gatekeeper inside the gate" and look in "international" articles dated March 3 and March 10 2012 for a summary. It is amazing the information that has been gathered and you can verify for yourself.

Email from:

Kenneth J. Schrad Director, Division of Information Resources State Corporation Commission (SCC) PO Box 1197 Richmond, VA 23218 Office: (804) 371-9141 or (804)371-9858 Cell: (804) 334-6454 E-mail: ken.schrad@scc.virginia.gov

If we want to file a complaint in VA the proper office to handle the complaints is:

Consumer Affairs – see complaint form at: http://www.vdacs.virginia.gov/consumer/index.shtml

The will in turn if they feel it is warranted will refer the case to the Attorney Generals office for the State. I would recommend everyone file a complaint.

Hello to all. I stumbled on to this site while looking for anyone who is having issues with club land or. This company is such a headache! They continue to screw me and my family over with those mysterious special assessment fees. We continue to pay in fear of them ruining our credit. Me and my wife are military and were just looking for a good timeshare and got the worse one based on lies we were told by this company. We recently got an attorney and they are finding hole in the contract, but club land or is giving some serious push back when the attorneys ask for information which is expected by someone who is hiding something anyways. As I get updates, I will update you all. If anyone wants to talk offline, please let me know.

See the message from christine067 on FEB 18 at 12:10 am. Once screened, you can join a group that has formed to work on this effort.

There is a group that is working on this effort. Please read the message on FEB 18 at 12:10 am from christine067. You need to contact her and provide documentation as stated and then we would love to talk to you. Also chrstine067 also had a lawyer but Club Land'Or ignored his requests and kept harrassing her by phone.

Sorry, but my replies never show up with the person I am replying to. In this case it is melvinf6.

I am one of the members of the Facebook page and hired a lawyer when the second "special assessment" arrived years ago. The group's experience is that you will not get anything useful out of Club Land'Or (CLO). Having a lawyer will motivate them to negotiate (like all collectors they prefer (and get) summary judgments when the member does not show for court).

Do not worry about getting answers. If they file suit, you can get the answers via court order. The people on Facebook have shared various experiences and have done some great research.

While your attorney may be fine, he is unlikely to have experience with this timeshare arrangement. You may find that what we know will save you some billing time from your lawyer. Or, he may be able to use what we know to win your case and provide the basis for all of us winning.

The real laugh is it's indoor outdoor carpet. It's cheap and ugly, that is barely an improvement.
