Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

exclusive corporate marketing

Isn't this what all of us timeshare holders went through when purchasing, I for one know I was told very very different when being sold my property. I then decided to finally get rid of it and the timeshare company would not assist ME. The only other decision with these economic times was to try and find someone who would give me all of the assistance needed to get it SOLD. ECM did just THAT, yes it took more time than assumed but they did get the JOB done.

I purchased a timeshare (huge mistake) when i was on vacation in Orlando Florida, the sales representative made it sound wonderful and inexpensive. What a nightmare it became, the fees were extremely high and i had a lost of income which made it nearly impossible for me to pay. I began researching companies that can assist with the sale of my nightmare after i contacted bluegreen and they wouldn't take it back. I found Exclusive corporate marketing while doing my research and was delighted with the results. My nightmare was over and done with within 3 months time and i was even able to have some money left over to pay over due bills.

As a young man I had always wanted to visit Las Vegas, on my 25th birthday my buddies and I decided to finally take our trip. Searching the web for rentals I came across ECM, within 24 hours time they had contacted me back with all details. We paid (if you ask me) way under the price of a regular hotel and enjoyed a 3 bedroom suite which slept 8. We will definitely be using there services again.

Thanks for helping rent out my weeks at Vacation Village @ Weston this year ECM.

I currently have my Ridge Tahoe resort on sale and rental with ECM, I have received plenty of offers but have yet to accept one for the sale. I have rented out my week last year and the feedback was marvelous (from the renter). I believe in the back of my mind that I shall use it again someday when my arthritis gets better. My journey with ECM began late one afternoon when I decided to search for companies that are willing to help individuals like me that are looking for a way to make easy, fast cash. My results were fantastic, there assistance with the whole procedure was GREAT. Thanks to them, I was able to make myself and the rentee SATISFIED!

My family went with a few different companies before giving them a try. It took longer than expected, and the offers were for around $500. We did accept an offer, and the challenging part of the transaction was making the reservation. In the end it worked out and we plan on using them again.

All of the above are ECM shills (probably by the same person) .... maybe you should look for a real job instead of trying to bribe people (upfront fees) out of their hard earned money.

There's never been ANY COMPANY in this forum that's ever received so many praises as the shills are giving ECM ... just look at the timing of the posts .... 9:26, 9:28, 9:54, 10:51, 11:04 ..... you shills must think we're really dumb .... you all came out of the woodwork at the same time to praise ECM .... like magic .... like I said you need to find another jobs since your current one at ECM is evidently not working for you .... your desperation is showing.

ANY COMPANY THAT DEMANDS A LARGE UPFRONT FEE FOR SERVICES IS A SCAM, PERIOD.

my name is sylvia, from Houston, Texas and i for one have owned my own company many years ago. With the experience of owning my own company, one theory i have taken with me is "have faith." its a shame to see people slander companies out there that they know nothing about. everyone deserves a opportunity to provide for their families and people telling others "get a real job" and such is just awful. with that being said, when i received a phone call from ECM, i was skeptical at first however that saying is constantly in the back of my head, "have faith." i gave the representative my credit card number knowing i was helping him provide for his family and also get this dead weight of my timeshare off my back. a few weeks went by, i read negative blogs and positive blogs about this company hoping the negative were not true and stuck by my "faith" in it. finally after renewing my advertisement 2 times, i miraculously received an offer, it was $700 lower than my original asking price but i was still happy because my timeshare hadn't been used in a decade and at that point anything is better than nothing! i had faith the entire time in ECM and i am happy to say i was able to use the money from my timeshare to go see my granddaughters up in Tennessee that i hadnt seen in many years due to financial troubles. again, people such as "jay jay" slandering a company and people's job is just flat out rude and bitter and im glad ECM worked for me for the simple fact to show people such as "jay jay" there just as much positive feed back as the negative you by yourself is giving.

Well for all you people who are touting ECM and all that it did for you, it's time to back up your claims and answer these questions:

1) How much does ECM charge for its services?

2) When during the sale process do you pay for these services?

3) What exactly does ECM do for you? Please describe in detail rather than just giving "They helped me sell my timeshare."

4) How did you come to know or hear of ECM's services?

5) What does its contract say that differs it from all the other upfront fee scam outfits?

6) If, as some of you claim, you got a price well beyond what you expected, who came up with that price?

Please answer these questions to prove that ECM is not just another scam and that you are not just shills.

The same shill that doesn't capitalize the letter i.

The real shame are bottom feeders like you scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Quote:
everyone deserves a opportunity to provide for their families

That's exactly right, so go out and find a real job insteading of committing criminal activity.

Quote:
i gave the representative my credit card number knowing i was helping him provide for his family

You gave him your credit card # knowing you were helping him provide for his family ???? .... that's the biggest load of BS I've ever heard from any scammer.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it must be a duck ..... and any entity that charges a large upfront fee for doing absoslutely nothing except telling lies should be in prison, and I hope everybody that's been scammed by your company files a complaint with the Texas attorney general so that your company will be shut down one day like the attorney general in Florida is doing .... you can file a complaint online.

I honestly don't see how you people sleep at night ..... again, your company has a BBB rating of F .... it is what it is.

R P.
Aug 31, 2011

Okay. yes they have an F rating they also only have two complaints.... there are several articles written on the BBB you should probably look up... try the 20/20 investigation of the BBB. its a paid membership nothing more.

The general public somehow often seems to assign some sort of (entirely undeserved and completely unwarranted) "credibility" to businesses which proclaim and trumpet their BBB membership as some sort of "credential". In point of fact, BBB membership is nothing more than exactly that --- A PAID MEMBERSHIP!

I paid $499 out of pocket, it was an upfront fee

I have a 1/1 unit at Bonnet Creek. PRIOR TO CONTRARY BELIEFS I DO NOT WORK THERE. I don't remember there exact marketing tactics. Its not in my contract but I do know they listed my property through their website.

I've been successfully renting out my property yearly through the same gentleman that ECM originally found.

It doesn't matter if they have 2 complaints or 200 complaints .... the point is there should be 0 complaints for legitimate companies.

If this is true then I sincerely hope you're now dealing with the man without contributing a fee to ECM each time you rent to him.

People today sometimes get uncomfortable with empirical claims that seem to clash with their personal assumptions, often because they haven't given much thought to anything.

Trust your instinct over the ramblings of the uninformed. There are too many variables in the real world that you simply can't please all the people all of the time.
