Property Relief / IAVacations, Sevierville, TN
I had purchased an EBay timeshare and attempted to deal with IAVacations.
After 4 months I contacted the sheriff's office after reading a suggestion from another buyer.
I got my money refunded....took 6 weeks, delay, delay, delay, but I won my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Keep in mind that whole area is on fire right now. So you may not here back from anyone right away. Sad to see this company still in business. I feel like I was lucky getting my money back, but it cost me more than I got back since I traveled out there. Good luck to all

Never.......ever "just show up at his house".........Then you are in the wrong, if things went bad, you could go to jail for trespassing. If you're bound to go to Tenn., Go and talk to Ray Brown as mentioned in previous post. It probably wouldn't do any good, but at least he would know there is more one person victimized, he probably can't talk about an on going investigation, but he will listen.
Perhaps talking with the prosecutor would help, if indeed Mr. Brown could find enough evidence to file charges. The more injured, misrepresented people you can get to join in the better. GOOD LUCK.......

Detective Brown and a couple of Federal agent visited Stacey Gillespie and I received a full refund last week. So far it's been two business days since depositing the check and no bounce yet. Has anyone else received a refund? If not, contact Detective Ray Brown who I mentioned in my last post.

These people need to be put behind bars, they are true criminals! After paying in full for a BOGUS timeshare for sale in February 2016, I have finally received an "undisputed" claim refund on my credit card. I would advise anyone who thinks a deal is too good to be true, it is! I feel like a fool after believing the stories that were emailed to me by the seller: ie: "My father died unexpectedly, it's been a shock to our family, please don't give me a bad review, everything is going the way it's supposed to with the title company" DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE LAIRS AND CROOKS AND NEED TO BE PROSECUTED!!!

DO NOT under any circumstances, do business with this company. We did a time share trade (weeks to points) and the transaction was a mess!
Property Relief was to handle the title transfer of the weeks timeshare, but never did anything with it. We ended up taking it back to keep from having credit ratings destroyed and owing penalties. We filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's Office, but never received a response after filing. At this point, I would not do business with any company registered in Tennessee, much less Property Relief. One other thing to mention is that during you communications with them, they filed for bankruptcy one day, and opened as a new company the next, with the same management, but different "owners" registered. Same personnel!

Here is a mailing address that I was able to obtain from "Jamie" on 8/30/16. PO BO 6297 Sevierville TN 37864. A phone number that was provide to me on 8/8/16 is 888-823-9742, when I called, there was not a personalized message on the line. Good Luck, these people are liars and crooks. Don't get discouraged, continue to call, write, post negative comments, file complaints with the BBB and DA's office.

I emailed VP Title, demanded refund and told them I was going to the police. They did not respond. I then called Detective Ray Brown Sevierville Police Department Office 865-868-1749 Fax 865-868-1734 rbrown@seviervilletn.org. He called back and I gave him all the evidence he ask for. After about a month, Ray and a couple of Federal agents went and saw Stacy and the next day VP Title sent me an email with a USPS tracking number. I rushed the check to the bank and it cleared.
