Sorry but my response is going to be in English. You say you bought a week? Depending on where and when you bought, you have a right to rescind your purchase. If you bought it in Mexico, then you have five days from the day you purchased. If you have passed those five days, then you are now the "owner" of that week. And if that is the case, then do not go seeking the help of Vacation Limitless or any other company that claims it can "cancel" your purchase. Those companies are usually scams.

I don't really understand what you mean by "break a deal". If you are referring to cancelling a timeshare contract, U.S. state (and Mexican) laws provide a specific, limited time period to rescind (cancel) a contract. That time period is between 3 and 10 days, usually 5-7 days, depending on the individual state (the cancellation period is 5 days in Mexico). Failure to rescind (cancel) a contract within the allotted time period means that you are too late to cancel and you then become legally bound to all of the terms of the contact that you voluntarily signed of your own free will.
To learn more about timeshares, I suggest spending a lot of time carefully reading through the voluminous and detailed material found on the Timeshare Users Group web site. Don't ever buy any timeshare without FIRST acquiring solid background knowledge and extensive understanding of exactly what you are getting yourself into. Timeshares can be great and we have certainly enjoyed ours over many the years and we continue to do so, but timeshares can also be a huge and very expensive mistake (particularly if bought directly from developer at obscenely inflated pricing instead of purchasing in the "resale" market). Never buy any timeshare at any price without having solid knowledge and a full understanding of the "product" and all of its' associated costs, conditions of use and projected future resale value (which, in many instances, is literally ZERO).
Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).

Impossible! ……… but maybe a miracle occurred for just you
we got sucked in at Vidanta PV Mexico. I basically wrote them a check for several thousand dollars based on a high pressure sales pitch that was thwart with mind bending offers. Once we got home and started looking at what we purchased it was evident we would never ever recoup the money in any way shape or form. In fact you might get 10 cents back on the dollar. Limitless is terrible in terms of savings and options. Your money goes to a very friendly group of phone contacts but the meat of the vacation options is just not that good. With Vidanta or Vida you pay dearly for the privilege to stay in one of their facilities BUT you pay the going rate and nothing less.
I say this to all time share prospects but particularly MEXICO, it is just a different and legal way to get robbed. When you get to the point in the transaction where they are going to tape you whilst they read the content of your time share with a lawyer on the line ….lll run away. If I could get the money back I would give it to those Mexicans living in squalor on the periphery of the main centres, I would do this as a penalty for my stupidity.

What exactly did this company do that helped you get rid of your timeshare? Was it the Viking Ship scheme? Was it the power of attorney procedure? Was it the inadvertent foreclosure? Or did this company simply use the timeshare company's deed back program?

We bought the Limitless Vacations package (just a club I guess) last month and have not heard from them since! I guess it is Like stated, “like a gym purchase” and we don’t get much. I guess we got scammed. It has been over 30 days and there is actually Not an address or phone number to contact. Nancy

My experience (so far) has been a positive one. My husband and I purchased a package at Vidanta PV last year and had buyers remorse immediately after. We called the resort and made an appointment the following day to cancel. Although we were passed from one person to the next and spoke with about 5 people, we were able to cancel without incident. We did however, purchase a Limitless Vacation package with 3 weeks per year and have booked a trip for next week. Making the reservation was easy and I've received 2 calls since booking to confirm our stay which is reassuring. I will follow up after the stay to let you all know how things go. If this trip is seemless, I can confirm that not all of what they do is a scam. Plus, the people visiting Vidanta all seem to be happy and the places are beautiful!!!!

What you're saying is a little confusing. Is Vacation Limitless a travel club or is it one of those outfits (according to the title of this thread) that promises to allegedly get you out of your timeshare?
As for visiting Vidanta, from what I hear (I've never been there before), it is a nice place to visit. It's just the sales people and tactics there that give Vidanta a bad rap.

Marty, have you used the Limitless vacation resorts ? What about the cruises? Asking for a friend.
michelleg646 wrote:Hello, I found your post on here and wanted to ask how it went with the program that you purchased for the vacation weeks? We just purchased the same program today at a Vidanta in Mexico. Thought it would be a good way to try out the program and see if it’s really all day talked it up to be. Would love to hear your experience. Thank you!martyb83 wrote:About 4 months ago I attended a presentation at Vidanta in Riviera Maya and I want to post my experience. At first, It seemed like any other b.s. company that promised us to help us get rid of our timeshare. Honestly, after reading many posts here and on tugbbs I've been very hesitant about taking a deal in which I would have to pay a fee upfront in order to get a third party or any firm to get rid of the membership, for what they offered me a deal in which I could get their Vacation Limitless program and they would show me step by step how to deed back my program myself at zero cost.
Now, I don't always use my Westgate at painted mountain and they showed me their program in which I would be able to get in (and many other locations) for less than $299 and also get access to Vidanta itself at member rates so I agreed with low expectations about the TS-ridding thing, given that I was genuinely interested in their program. The agreement was pretty much black and white and all the benefits we're appealing
A couple of weeks later I did exactly as they said and Halleluia! I honestly didn't think It would work but it did. It's amazing how the right pieces of information can get you a long way! I would really like to know about any of your experiences with the company helping you with your TS and the Vacation limitless program itself! really looking forward to using the benefits.
