Is there a way to see actual Pictures of the unit we are renting ? As a renter how do you know the j it is in good condition ?

Janet, please send us an email at support@redweek.com and we can take a look at your memberships and get those straightened for you. As for photos of the specific unit, it's best to contact the owner directly - while our resort pages usually provide photos of sample units, owners oftentimes have their own photos of their specific unit to share!

I’m trying to list my units and want the 44.95 options but it is not allowing me to use that option. So I need to pay for membership as well as the extra verified for $14.95

The pictures for Peppertree Atlantic Beach are not accurate. The round buildings shown were taken down several years ago. The long walkway no longer exists.

My question has nothing to do with Thanksgiving, but I cannot seem to get to the main question area. So here goes: What were the instructions for changing the name on the reservation to the renter's name? I had received instructions, but the name did not change on the Marriott site. So I am trying to find your instructions to make sure I did it correctly. It seems that I can only make the renter a guest of mine - Not the main reservationist. Please advise ASAP, as I need to get the verification of name change sent to you!

I listed my 2 bedroom lock off at harborside timeshare/Paradise Island Nassau for Feb 14, 2025 through Feb 21st through redweek. would like to trade my timeshare week for the same location ,Harborside , Paradise Island and size ( 2 bedroom lockoff) for April12, 2025 to April 19, 2025: How do I make other timeshare owners aware that I would like to trade my Harborside unit week for their week. There are quite a few listed currently the week of April 12tg through April19th. Also, I am curious if there are any discounts on rentals if you are a redweek member? Thank you!
