Has anyone used the Newton Group to get out of this timeshare?

I know most timeshare exit companies are scams, but someone I know recommended the Newton Group. Has anyone used them to get out of this timeshare? Thank you.

I want to let you know about a very recent interaction with the Manhattan Club regarding my use/ownership of 2 penthouse weeks. Please advise how I can relay this info. to you - don't want to post it here. I have always been current with my association dues - this pertains to my being able to use my 2 weeks.

When you say lost our appeal, what decision were we appealing? Was it still our appeal to be allowed to even file our complaint because the initial complaints weren’t filed properly? I have read several comments by people, but nothing that’s detailed. Is this Zimmerman,‘s complaint? We are a part of that suit. I’m really losing track. It’s taken so long, so forgive me if I’m missing some information. Thank you.

I chose not to post in case this is something we can use in our lawsuit. We will need to see if this is their usual policy at the Manhattan Club.
