Has anyone dealt with Time No More, Inc
I also contacte my credit card ( discover ) a wek ago and have not heard from them. I got took for $3544 and have contacted the BBB in Atlanta and they have closed the case. T N M had a rating o F but are no longer a member. We need to fing out who the owner was and go after him, possibably for mail fraud since it was through the mail they contacted everyone. I am going to contact the U S Attorney Gerneral in my state very soonif I do not hear from the credit card company.

She also stated that she believed that TNM has closed it doors, gone, got out of dodge. She encouraged me to call my credit card company and try to get some of my money back. I am in the process of doing that, as we speak.
How did you actually get someone on the phone at TF? I get a voice mail ending with : no more messages accepted

Yes, I sold my time share to Time No More Inc. and paid $2,500 to get rid of it in October 28, 2008. I received an annual maintenence bill from my resort stating that I need to pay this fee. I call Time No More Inc. and talked with a Heather Hestor and she claimed that they were getting the deed recorded. 2 months later I received another bill from the resort telling me the timeshare room was lockout. I called TimeShare Freedom and they said the all the files have been sent to the main office because Time No More could out of business, but was not sure. They gave me a phone number to call 1-866-246-2366. This number has been disconnected. I hope that were not scammed. Be carefulll they put up a go front. I still trying to get my copy of the recorded deed.

Hello everyone this is the info I have gathered from doin some research on these two companies. Infact, they are both owned by the same person DARREN K. GIBSON (email: darrengibson5@gmail.com) also Sarah Brown (Turner) is a manager/partner in the business. Yes TIME NO MORE & TIMESHARE FREEDOM are both companies owned by the same person. Basically it is true TNM is in the process of filing for bankruptcy. So I suggest for those of you that are still receiving maintenance fees from your resorts and it's not yet transferred out of your names. Either file dispute with your credit card companies or you gonna get stuck with the timeshare. They have started operating as TIMESHARE FREEDOM and still holding meetings and scaming people out of $$$$$$. I will keep everyone posted as I find out more.

Time No More and Timeshare Freedom were the same company. The owners names are Sarah Simmons/Turner/Brown.....and Darren Gibson. Both companies closed and are supposedly going bankrupt. The company closed down without even paying their employees....and they won't accept any of their calls either. Not only are they being sued by timeshare owners they scammed but they are being sued by their Ex Phone Room Employees.

Where did you find this information. It would be helpful in my attempt to transfer the timeshare I purchased from them dec 2008 to my namel

Folks I had some additional research done on this company by my contact in Atlanta Ga. This company is based out of northern Ga. and is considered a post card company that sends employees from state to notifying timeshare owners about buying your timeshare. Once you are in a meeting with them they are trying selling their program from $2,500 to $4,000 depending if you sell your timeshare and not join their program or if you sell the timeshare and join the program. According to my contact, once you have paid the money and sign the deed they state that the deed will be recorded right a way. Well that is not the case. What is actually taking place is that this company will try to sell the timeshare on the internet while you are under the impression that your deed is in the process of being recorded. Once your listed timeshare is sold in a range from ($1.00- $1,000) then Timeshare Freedom Inc or Time No More Inc. will record the Deed you have signed earlier. We have been scammed. Also, I pulled their both companies corporate regisration certificate and both companies are still in business. What has been explained to me is that when they have a certain amount of Timeshares these companies can close there business with absolutely no notice, but they have not gone into bankruptcy at this point. They just closed up shop! I have been contacted by my resort to pay the maintence fees or it will go into collections. I plan on explaining the situation to them because I no longer have a deed to the timeshare of which this company can still sell it and I am stuck paying for something I don't own.

Good luck with explaining your situation to the resort but as long as the deed is still in your name you are responsible for maintenance fees no matter that you have been scammed by a company.
This company and it's owners need to be turned over to the Attorney General of Georgia and arrested and jailed.
If I had been scammed like they are scamming people I would go to the ends of the earth to see that justice prevailed.

I was also told by the person who owns the building where the Timeshare Freedom office was or is that Ms. Brown has another business called North Georgia Custom Stone. I plan to try to contact her through them also. There has to be a way to reach these people. They have to be held accountable for all the money they have swindled from everyone.

Keep checking with the county and the resort to see if the timeshare is still out of your name. If it is, I doubt you have anything to worry about.

I am sorry to see that Elaine has deleted her messages. The reason that I wanted her to contact me is that I have been in contact with an Elizabeth from Fox 5 for the past weeks in regard to the TimeNoMore/Timeshare Freedom/RIAN problem. I have faxed her all of our paperwork and all of the phone numbers that we have used over the last nine months, as well as some of my unanswered emails to the companies. She contacted me this past Tuesday, saying that she has had no luck contacting anyone at TNM/TF because of the nonworking phone numbers. I am afraid that she is going to give up. However, if people reading here would contact her today or tomorrow with stories of your experiences with TNM, she may get new incentive to continue investigating. Elizabeth is a volunteer with the Call for Action team with Fox 5, and is only in the office from 11:00-1:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So, the sooner that some of you contact her, the better! You may leave a message anytime at 404-879-4500. Be sure to state that the message is for Elizabeth and that you're calling about a problem that she is already investigating for Debbie, regarding Time No More/Timeshare Freedom/RIAN. If you have a new phone number or address for TNM, be sure to give it to her. Together, maybe we can get things done!
