There was a lot of stress and assumptions made without any merit. All proven wrong.

“There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home.” — Ken Olson, president, chairman and founder of Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC), maker of big business mainframe computers, arguing against the PC in 1977.

“There is practically no chance communications space satellites will be used to provide better telephone, telegraph, television, or radio service inside the United States.” — T. Craven, FCC Commissioner, in 1961 (the first commercial communications satellite went into service in 1965).

“Flight by machines heavier than air is unpractical (sic) and insignificant, if not utterly impossible.” - Simon Newcomb; The Wright Brothers flew at Kittyhawk 18 months later.

“Nuclear-powered vacuum cleaners will probably be a reality in 10 years.” -– Alex Lewyt, president of vacuum cleaner company Lewyt Corp., in the New York Times in 1955.

“This is the biggest fool thing we have ever done. The bomb will never go off, and I speak as an expert in explosives.” — Admiral William D. Leahy, Chief of Staff to the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy during World War II, advising President Truman on the atomic bomb, 1945.[6] Leahy admitted the error five years later in his memoirs

The cinema is little more than a fad. It’s canned drama. What audiences really want to see is flesh and blood on the stage.” -– Charlie Chaplin, actor, producer, director, and studio founder, 1916

The moon landing is a hoax. In the 1978 film Capricorn One, American astronauts and NASA faked a Mars landing. Though a mediocre film, it was an interesting idea, and one that would endure for decades. In 2001, Fox television aired the program "Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon?," which rehashed many discredited "discrepancies" between the official version of the moon landing and photographs of the landing.

“X-rays will prove to be a hoax.” — Lord Kelvin, President of the Royal Society, 1883

“Home Taping Is Killing Music” — A 1980s campaign by the BPI, claiming that people recording music off the radio onto cassette would destroy the music industry.

“Television won’t last. It’s a flash in the pan.” — Mary Somerville, pioneer of radio educational broadcasts, 1948.

A duck’s quack doesn’t echo. a duck’s quack does echo, though the sound that comes back is very soft due to the fading nature of the actual quack. Hooray for science.

Ever been watching a movie and suddenly get the munchies? Or sitting on your sofa watching TV and suddenly get the irresistible urge to buy a new car? If so, you may be the victim of a subliminal advertising conspiracy!

All proven wrong

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

They are help you can get when it comes to gathering the right information in order to make a correct decision. This type of service doesn’t have the statute of a real estate agent and will have no intervention in the negotiation process; it will only simplify the process and allow both buyers and sellers to have the best experience as possible in receiving positive outcomes and avoiding unnecessary problems.

Because you are no longer forced to deal with a real estate agent or a broker to find a buyer for your property, you can forget about paying commissions, closing fees and other costs for third parties. You will deal directly with the person interested in acquiring your property/timeshare and you’ll be the one to establish the price and other conditions.

There are several factors you have to take into consideration in order to obtain the desired results. You need quality marketing/advertising strategies, you need to have someone handle the title transfer and receive a fair price for the property.

exclusive corporate marketing reviews can help you a lot with making the right calls and simplifying the process of you buying/selling a vacation property. There is never enough information and data you can record in order to avoid scams and risks, so why not let professionals take care of the hard part for you? This way, you’ll be able to focus on more important things that really matter for your comfort and well-being.

No risk your comfort and happiness when it comes to you selling or buying a vacation property just because you had no time or possibility to get informed about this market. Information is power and only by using the right tools and resources would you be able to obtain positive outcomes.

I have a one bedroom one bathroom unit in Cancun, I believe I only paid about 500 for my listing fee with Exclusive, I don't have my actual receipt at the moment. It was a one-time payment. I've never had any additional charges added to my account with them. About 6 months after signing up I received my first offer. I accepted and gave a happy newly wed couple my suite. Like I said previously, finding renters was hard to handle on my own since I didn't know the industry on a big scale like ECM does. So when this couple and I were brought together through the listing, I was very grateful to be receiving an offer at all, let alone such a deserving one! I mean who doesn't want to go to Cancun on their honey-moon?

I received a call from ECM for the simple reason i owned a timeshare. I listed 2 of my properties with ECM and paid $799. I know that the marketing fee varies based on how much you list. I paid the marketing fee upfront before receiving a contract for the sole fact it was going to be listed as soon as i signed up. I decided to give my credit card number and they do a verification line for my own security. ECM works as a timeshare (for sale or rent) by owner such as the familiar "for sale by owner" for your home. When i got an offer from the renter personally, we negotiated a price between the two of us, i also informed ECM to make sure they did a pre-screening on the renter and they also helped me through the entire renting process because I myself didnt know exactly what the next steps were.

Can you name one company that's been in business with ZERO complaints? And don't say Redweek

I do only deal with him now. When you list your property, you can leave it on their website for as long as you need. You just have to keep in contact with customer service to do so. And the upfront fee was only a one time thing anyways. Its not like they continually charged me for every rental. Out of everything I remember about there company, the thing that most sticks in my mind is the phrase "one-time NON-reoccurring fee".

It doesn't matter if they have 2 complaints or 200 complaints .... the point is there should be 0 complaints for legitimate companies.

Walmart has 289 complaints almost 200 of those in the past year.. does that mean that they aren't legit? Im pretty sure people such as yourself and I still continue to shop there.

The general public somehow often seems to assign some sort of (entirely undeserved and completely unwarranted) "credibility" to businesses which proclaim and trumpet their BBB membership as some sort of "credential". In point of fact, BBB membership is nothing more than exactly that --- A PAID MEMBERSHIP!

With all of this being said about the BBB, I have decided to do my own research. I came across the 20/20 investigation and I now know that the BBB has no credibility. I went through and saw such highly known establishments to see almost half of them have F ratings. If Wolfgang Puck has an F rating with 15 restaurants, that right there shows me the BBB is not something to judge any company on.

The BBB does not have an overall rating for Wal-Mart .... you have to enter the zip code of the Wal-Mart you're looking for .... you're full of BS.

You know, I can see why you shills (or shill) can't get any business done .... you're here 24/7/365 defending your scam operation .... this just proves how much business you DON'T HAVE.

Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, traducement, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image. It is usually a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed (the claimant).[1]

Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. Related to defamation is public disclosure of private facts, which arises where one person reveals information that is not of public concern, and the release of which would offend a reasonable person. "Unlike [with] libel, truth is not a defense for invasion of privacy.

Where would I buy a car? Would I go to my local dealership? I did a quick search and lots of people are unhappy with the deal that they got from the dealership. Interest rate too high, the car was flooded, the car is a lemon, the pr$$ce was inflated, and my favorite story was when one dealership took the keys customer keys. Doesn't mean that every dealership is a scam, and I am pretty sure that 90% of people are happy with their vehicle purchase. You usually dont hear anything from the happy customers. Just repeat business.

My neighbors are looking for a contract because the last one did not finish the job and never came back. They are now fixing the same problem for the third time. $25000 spent. Should they stay away from the contractor who works for a large company because the large company has a few complaints. Even though the complaints are stemming from the work the larger company had subcontracted out. The small guy they used took the money and ran. Tore down there walls, put the sheet rock backup, threw on some paint and never fixed the water intrusion. Months later and the water is now coming through the walls again. Leak not fixed. I recommended that they use the larger company. Someone always answers the phone, and they usually fix issues. Redweek is revolutionary and left in its pure nature with customers leaving feedback is praiseworthy.

Funny one liners car salesmen like to use on you. Did they take the same sales training course? * "Everybody pays this fee" The destination charge is not mandatory * "We're losing our shirt on this deal" Really... * "The web sites you got the prices from are wrong." I love this one. * "This car won't be here tomorrow" * "The bank requires you to buy the extended warranty to get loan approval" I thought that was optional.

Use good judgment and don't buy a car you cant afford. Take a family member for a second opinion and to pull you away from the dealership. No brainer * NEVER bring your checkbook with you to a car dealer to buy new car. * Put deposits on a credit card. Run from automobile dealers who "only take checks."

Goodluck
