Attention ALL!!! You DO NOT want to do any financial business with Ace Timeshare, Inc. in Pinellas Pk, Florida. They are a SCAM. They make you promises and do not keep them. They did the same to me. When you don't know and desperate to sell you will fall for anything. Don't make the same mistake I made. After being scammed by severaI I have learned my lesson.

This is what all of them do and they are good at it. 1) They pressure talk you into allowing them to sell your timeshare. 2) They make promises they will not keep, saying they will sell your timeshare and they will get your money back from the previous seller. 3) They will even say they have a buyer already for your timesheet. All lies.

Don't fall for the lies from any seller from Florida. Try to sell it yourself.

Has anyone had any dealings with Ace Timeshare, Inc out of Pinellas Park Florida. Received a cold call from these folks last week advising they are not the other guys that rip you off and get the job done. They offer a 200% money back guarantee. What a bunch of CRAP. He offered $602.00 one time fee, but I said no, then he reduced the price down to $349.00. I know, never pay up front for any listing, but wanted some extra input.

Thanks,

Bruce

Bottom line, and this is the warning from all regular Redweek forum posters ..... never, ever pay an upfront fee to any timeshare entity calling you out of the blue and promising to sell your timeshare .... they are ALL SCAMS. This is the mantra we have posted since the inception of Redweek forums .... PEOPLE, YOU MUST DO YOUR HOMEWORK = research, after receiving such calls.

jayjay - I don't always agree with you, but you're 100% right.

DO NOT EVER PAY AN UPFRONT FEE TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING REGARDING TIMESHARES - they're all SCAMS!!

Most definitely a scam. I got screwed by them about 3 years ago. I finally got a refund by filing a complaint with the State of Florida. It took about a year to get my money back and thankfully I had copies of receipts and credit card statements as well as all correspondence with these people. The bottom line is do not do business with these people. In my opinion they should be in prison for being scam artists/flim flam men. Smooth talkers but don't let them take you in!

Kudos to you for filing with the state of FL = Florida Attorney General .... it took time but you got your money back. A lot of people just cannot fathom that a state attorney general can help but they can .... I've had two state attorneys general help me get refunds.

Also, kudos to you for keeping all your correspondence/paperwork concerning your complaint.
