Has anyone dealt with Time No More, Inc
Wayne, would it be possible for you to E-Mail me at the above address. I am making a file of e-mails so that I can keep everone informed at the same time. We now have 7 people involved in this. I know there has to be alot more if we can just reach them

I also sent a packet of info to Miriam. Unfortunately, I didn't see that you had listed a fax number for her, Ron.
Back when I was hoping to find more people unhappy with Time No More, I contacted the hotel where the seminar at which we signed over our weeks was held. I thought that just maybe they would have had other complaints. No luck, though.

would apprecate it if you add my E-mail to your list. They sent me a post card and I gave them a bunch of money to take my time share back in Dec. 08 I think it was $5433 the best I remember without looking it up. I contacted the BBB and they closed the case, but did not contact Att.gen. of Ga. I have thought of contacting the U.S. Att. Gen. also, but did not do yet my E-mail is whhpmaster745@aol.com

How did the BBB close the case without some sort of resolution ??? In most instances the BBB does not get involved in timeshares, for whatever reason .... they should as there are so many scams involving that industry.

The BBB in Ga. said they were not a member and had gone out of business. I just hope somebody gets someone to take our complaints. If I thought I would find anything but a mail box, I would make a trip down and they would find out how mad a redneck like me can really get.

Someone did make a trip to Georgia to confront them ..... what they found was an empty building. What needs to be done is to find out who the owner(s) of that company and go after them .... I think someone mentioned the name of the owner(s) in a thread here but I don't have time to find it ..... if you read all the messages in this thread you will probably be able to find the owner or do a google search.

Miriam Collins is the investigator on this case .... see her contact info in above posts.

There is not a list being forwarded to the Att. Generals office, but I am making a list that has every ones E-mail on it, so that I can let every one know what is going on with the investigation. I will add your E-mail address to this. In the mean time I strongly suggest, that you get a hold of Miriam at the Governors office of consumer affairs in Georgia. Send her all the information that you can about the transaction and let her handle it from there. I will let you know when I hear of anything, or someone else on this forum will let us know also. Thanks Ron Needham rneedham@frontiernet.net
