If you block the transactions don't they put you in the credit house?, after they hound you to collect we don't want to ruin our credit,we did dispute it with our credit card but got nowhere. Does anybody know if the timeshare is payed off, can you stop paying maintenance fees and would they just foreclose on it without destroying your credit? any help is welcome.

What about all the people you have lied to and stolen from? Perhaps you should address these issues before saying people are talking bad about you. Vallarta Gardens in just another one of these Mexican rip offs that will see their country go to ruins. I for one will NEVER return to Mexico. Just like the movies portray, shoddy and under handed.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it Vallarta Gardens. I am speaking as one of you MEMBERS!

Hey, I own nine weeks in that two bedroom tower as well. Maybe we should go there and build the damn thing ourselves. Oh and the restaurant on the pier and .....
At least I can take solace in knowing that what goes around comes around. Karma is going to be a real ***** for them. As for the person that says he for paid for his time share, I call BS!!!!
Was told they would be ready for this winter or was that the next or maybe the one after that? Hard to tell as so many lies were told.

I was in La Cruz last week and I stopped by the resort to have them answer some of my questions. The Reef Villas have been built, but the Sky Tower has been delayed until 2015 Until the studio units are complete, you can upgrade to a larger unit or use your equity to upgrade to a larger unit. They have a new staff in place and they are working to correct the problems associated with the previous marketing company and sales team.

VG probably rejoices when another unsuspecting fool falls into their criminal web......at some point, they (the company individuals who perpetuate the ongoing illegal schemes) should be hurting from their complicated and illegal activities. Has this happened? Surely, by now Mexican officials have received many complaints on the organization. What action has occurred?
As long as an 'innocent victim' is willing to keep padding their coffers, VG will continue to suck unsuspecting individuals into their varying schemes of ownership of a piece of paradise...... how can this illegal hypocrisy survive? As long as it remains a 'protected activity' within the legal confines of the Mexican government.

Prosecution successful in Illinois in similar scheme.......articles published in TUGGs.........
A Florida telemarketer who played a role in a timeshare telemarketing scam that cost victims roughly $6 million has been arrested on an indictment in federal court here, prosecutors said Thursday.
Kathryn G. Garten, 51, of Orlando, worked as a telemarketer for National Solutions and related companies in Orlando. Garten, who used two aliases, and other employees cold-called timeshare owners claiming to have buyers for their property, prosecutors said. They asked for thousands of dollars up front from consumers all over the U.S., Canada and other countries, but failed to sell one timeshare unit, prosecutors claim.
Alleged victims reside in seven of the 38 counties comprising the Southern District of Illinois, where federal prosecutors have developed a specialty in telemarketing cases. Garten was indicted Nov. 16 on one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud.
The Federal Trade Commission seized the offices and records of National Solutions last year as part of a civil complaint.

Lilya,
I am curious to hear if you have received any rental money from Mercury Property Management for your 2013 weeks? We also had signed sales agreements on two other different properties. We, before we knew they had pulled all of our contracts, gave them 10 weeks and were told that money would be in our hands by mid-October 2013. That didn't happen and have now been told it never will.
Sharon
Hi Sharon, No, I didn't get a dime from Mercury Property because like Vallarta Gardens, they are also a scam. We were lucky enough because I was able to dispute what I paid Mercury. I just hope there was a way to let the world know about Vallarata Gardens and their scam so they go out of business.

Hello guys, It´s very confusing to read all the comments above. I live in Monterrey, Mexico and I went to Puerto Vallarta on vaations and Vallarta Gardens it´s a beautiful place. It was slow at first place but after a week everything went OK. In my experience I recommend Vallarta Gardens.

jonathant57: Is it just coincidence that hundreds of people have been burned? Is it coincidence that people were supposed to receive compensation for trading in prev purchased timeshares but yet have not received a dime? Is it coincidence that people are complaining about the SAME sales people? I am happy to hear you had such an amazing experience but that doesn't justify 100s of people being burnt!

It seems that Vallarta Gardens is attempting to hide their unscrupulous activities within more lies and deception. As for anyone that has gotten their MONEY! I call BS on them. For I've never seen a penny and their lies have continued to spread as time goes on.
So let's hear from all those others that have been lied to about this property.
