It is a place that you can rent from but it is also time shares. Anybody can ski here, it is a wonderful resort for families

Patrick, We own summer/winter timeshare at Smuggs. There are no private homes on the mountain; however, the timeshare condos can be rented directly from the resort or from owners themselves. You'll obviously save a bundle if you rent or purchase from owners via RedWeek. Schultzie6
