Hi Rip, i am an owner at this resort, and just returned from a vacation in july. it is a really nice clean place to vacation at. we have just had our unit redecorated and with new furnishings. you are in the center of attractions, from wdw to sea world, about 15 mins. from the airport, 50 miles from the ocean. there are so many good places to eat close by, from chili's. cracker barrel, landrys (good seafood) steak houses,you want it it is there. this resort has 2 swiming pools, six hot tubs, a good staff to help you with anything. hope this helps, margaret
