WITH THE TIMESHARES, ARE THERE ANY TAXES THAT ARE DO YEARLY OR IS IT JUST THE MAINTANENCE FEE EACH YEAR? IS THAT THE ONLY EXPENSE INVOLVED WITH OWNING IT?
