We just took our daughter to Colorado Springs on vacation June 3,2007.
After wasting time checking out II travel and finding my goodies for renewing this last year to be a waste I looked around!
I checked even the worst airlines like Southwest and found Sacramento Ca to Colorado Springs was way to much money with 8-12 hours each way and layovers and plane changes!
Since we picked a area with no timeshares I did my homework on hotels and car rentals and just needed air. I called up Expedia who we used many times traveling on softball tournaments with our daughter!
They booked everything including non-stop to Colorado Springs and air time was only 2:18 each way!
This was great and then I notice small plane with fifty seats and became a little worried! I read Trip Advisor and learned more about these planes and comments! I finally called this airline and they were great! First the lady talk to me about the airline then let me talk to her supervisor. She booked our seats for both flights and promised no problems and even gave me her name and told me to call from airport if anything went wrong! Said she would talk to these people at the desk if problems happened and it would get solved right then!
We had two great flights and the plane was in the air one minute after stated departure time and you can not do better than that!
From now on we will fly this airline for short trips. Just hope others don't hear about them! LMAO
PS: DON'T TELL ANYONE BUT THE AIRLINES IS EXPRESS JET! PHIL
