Newport Coast Unit assignment to renter

Jun 29, 2007

I'm gathering all info I can on renting out my unit at Newport Coast. What is the best way to ensure my renter will be happy with the unit assignment?

If it's a floating week and the resort assigns units at check-in there's no way you can guarantee the renter will be satisifed with the location/unit assigned. If you own a fixed week then you can describe the location of the unit to the renter yourself.

Thanks - I now know I have a floating week and can request pool view, lower flr, higher flr etc..
