Please clarify the listed prices. Is the price per person since it is AI? Or are there additional AI fees? And if so, what are the additional fees? Thanks!

The price listed is for the room and not per person. This is a mandatory AI and those fees are additional to the rental fee for the room that you woud pay to the owner of the posting.

At checkin at RPDC, are there other taxes, surcharges, resort fees, etc. a timeshare renter must pay in addition to the AI fees?
