Surf club is done.

New building, beside the surf club is also done according to the information I got in the news letter.

did they finish the beach area in front of the marriot resorts & is the sand walking into the ocean still mucky?

I was at the Surf Club in August and, yes, the ocean floor is still mucky. If you go over more towards the Ocean Club, it's fine.
