Unit poorly Maintained

The unit, though spacious and beautifully located on the river, more like a creek, was very poorly maintained. The floor around the jacuzzi was rotting out. Unit needed painting and appliances didn't work properly. Unit was 4 treacherous miles from the entrance gate. Timeshare user's do not have privileges at any of the listed amenities.(pools, rec center etc) There are things to do in the area but are 15 to 70 miles away. Enjoyed my stay with family and friends but did a lot of driving.
