Resale via redweek

Has anyone purchased a resale from redweek for Vistana Resort/ If so were there any fees added to the for sale price? i.e if a week is offered for $1000.00 is there any additional costs (flat or %) on top of this price?

IN ALL THE UNITS I HAVE RENTED THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY FEES. THE RENTAL PRICE IS THE WHOLE PRICE. AS FOR A RESALE, I AM SURE THER IS CLOSING COST.
