I am considering buying a unit that is deeded for October. Can anyone tell me what the Cape is like at that time? How's the weather and are most of the restaurants still open?

Gorgeous...cool crisp air and normally lovely sunny days...it can be an indian summer where it can be in the high 70's or can go down to 55 to lower 60's. It is a beautiful time of year on the cape! with less traffic mind you! Mary Davis
