Is all inclusive mandatory and does anyone know how much pp is costs?

I have some of the same questions. I do not believe it is mandatory. I would like to know if we don't pay for the all inclusive, to what extent will we be able to drink/eat at the resort. You can find the price at the website - I think it's about 75-80 in that range.
