Yes, everything that is included if you stay at any of the Atlantis hotel is available to Harborside guests--at the far lagoon there is an area that has kayaks, water bicycles etc that guests have to pay to use so Harborside guests pay for those also. Let me know if you have any other questions--we have been owners since 2001 and just got back from our first visit since all the new water features opened==they are incredible!
