Yes there is a seperate building that has washers and dryers.

When you rent or own a Presidential Suite (2 bedroom/3 bathroom) they are in the unit! Which makes renting a Presidential, a wonderful choice!

The New Presidential Suites do have a washer and dryer. We are in an old one which does not. It's 100 pesos for tokens to do the wash and dry.
