Car and phone rental in Aruba

Has anyone ever rented a car from Royal Arbua car rental? What about cell phone rentals.

We are first time Aruba travellers and any restaurant info or Surf Club insight would be greatly appreciated.

We rented from "Wheels to Go"several times and were very pleased with them. It's an independent rental agency. Car was in good shape and they are friendly and easy to work with.
