Summer Rentals 2009

Just curious why I don't see any rentals posted for 2009 (July-August)?

I assume owners have already selected July weeks and those with two or more units should alos have selected August.

July August is prime time on Hilton Head. Marriott's oceanfront resorts on HHI have the highest owner occupancy percentage of any of the Marriott timeshares. They are very hard to trade into or rent during June, July, or August.

Having lived in Hilton Head for 10 years, we are now in Charleston but own two weeks at Surfwatch during the "off" seasons because we do not want to be there in June,July, August. Why would you want to go to HHI during peak time when traffic is crazy, restaurants are full, and weather is hot, hot, hot? If you want to enjoy the beaches and HHI, March and April are great times of the year to go. Weather can sometimes be chilly, but most often just perfect! What to rent in March or April...let us know and we can reserve one of our weeks for you to rent or exchange.
