Anyone visited lately?

I am thinking of exchanging Atlantic Beach week for Ocean Club at Myrtle Beach. Has anyone visited Peppertree Ocean Club since September? What can you tell me about it? We're thinking of going in August before kids go back to school. Have several teens that will be coming with us.
