Renting a PB Sunset Beach Property

Once an agreement is made to rent a week, what does one do to complete the transaction so PBSB is properly notified and ready for the guest?

I would assume you own it. You need to notify reservations with a letter or email about who the guest will be. That's it. They usually put it on the reservation. Also giving a notarized letter to the renter may help.

an email is sent to both the owner and renter with the renters name, address, email address etc. on the confirmation email letter. If you are an owner you will need to email the resort with the renters info and they will send you the confirmation. It's very easy. This way the renter just prints the email and shows it at the time of check-in.
