i don't want to appear skeptical...but do most people use the red week rental escrow service or handle it privatel. if so how?? anyone get scammed?? thanks

I rented 2 weeks at different resorts and just had the renter send me a cashier's check for the amount. It worked just fine both times - no problem.

Pay pal is safe and a lot of people already have their own account.
