I just received a Chapter 7 Notice for DCR Resorts Inc. I am an owner. What should I do? Can't find any information on the Bankruptcy Court website. Thanks

Howard, it would depend on what type of ownership you have, what the documents from the resort say, is there an HOA in place, does HOA revert back to the owners in this case, etc. etc. etc.
Please keep me up to date with this topic as I am very interested in finding out what your rights as an owner are.
