When you go into downtown Cabo, or have a free or cheap stay at one of Pueblo Bonito's 4 5 resorts in the Cabo area, you will get invited to come into come see "All that Montecristo Estates has to offer" and get a free breakfast. While there take advantage off everything you can, such as drinks, a room upgrade, spa and restaurant credits and more. And, if you express any interest, real or fake, the salespeople will keep upping the offers. Don't be bashful, as this is expected. If you are willing to spend 2-3 hours with the salesperson and take a look at one of the units you should be expecting to ask for at least $75-100 in spa or food credits as it is all part of their marketing budget. In fact, if you really want to have a cheap stay in the Cabo area you can get free stuff every day fo the week if you are willing to listen to one of these sales pitches each day. Some are even offering free rounds of golf and dinner cruises. HOWEVER, JUST DON'T FALL FOR THEIR CRAP. JUST WALK, NO, RUN, AWAY AFTER GETTING ALL THAT YOU THINK YOU CAN GET FROM THEM.
