WELK RESORTS Desert Oasis

I bought a RED week resale thru the Welk Resorts about 5 years ago. I basically have used it for II exchange. Can anyone with a Welk DO share creative ways to rent the unit to break even on maint fees or make anything? I have listed on redweek and TUGS. I called WELK and have info re their rental program. ANYTHING I am missing beside a company that wants too much money to list?
