pacifica golf/ixtapa

l know that we are nuts,but we will be at the pacifica golf/ixtapa the lst week in august,my wife teaches summer school. What is the place like? we have been to many timeshares on exchange over the years,and the level of services ranges all over the spectrum. We have 2 Sr. Sands contracts. Neither mentions "special assesment". I'd love to know what would happen if we didn't pay. Any thoughts? I have been unable to contact customer service.
