Can't wait to try great food at San Diego festival

Just few days left for my San Diego vacation now I will be leaving on the 15th. And while there I would like to dine out at a variety of restaurants during the San Diego Restaurant Week. I plan to try out all the different restaurants in Gaslamp Quarter, La Jolla and Little Italy. I have booked my rooms at the California Suites Hotel which is centrally located. The hotel staff told me that most of those places where the participating restaurants are located, are nearby. I guess I am going to put on some extra pounds during my vacation to San Diego. The thoughts of the food vacation is making me hungry. Any ideas about which restaurants are the best?
