What about hurricane weeks becoming unavailable after rented?

I am an owner and give a full refund after payment. Any other experiences that may not be so positive? As the owner of non-points weeks the Royal Islander Club give us a RCI or II week to use anytime up to a year in the future to use and/or rent.
