GENERAL - MARRIOTT RENTAL SYSTEM

Am I doing something wrong? I see no discussion. yet 804 views. I have owned since the 90's. A few years ago Marriott changed their process. I was able to previously reserve my units then rent them through Marriott Imperial Palms rental office to at least cover my maintenance fees, plus. Unfortunately, Marriott changed the system and they may or may not offer owners an opportunity to rent the week to Marriott, usually at a rate much lower than the maintenance fees.
