Paris Where to stay in Paris.

Going to Paris in the fall, looking for feedback we know of two available timeshares the "Multiresidnce de l'Elysee" or "Residence Paris XV" Does anyone know anything about these two timeshares or know of other timeshares that we should be looking at?
