Any Update On DRI Lawsuit regarding The Point at Poipu?

Hello,

I know there was a lot of discussion on this forum about Diamond Resorts International (DRI) being sued by The Point at Poipu owners. What is the status of things or was this another unwarranted rage from timeshare owners?

I just want facts and not speculation or hot air. Thank you.

By the way, I saw a post on TUG about The Point being in the process of refurbishing the units. I read that new long flat screen televisions are being put in, along with new washer and dryers, free Internet in the room along with other upgrades.
