They are ruthless and you can not trust a word they say. Luckily we passed and did not give them one cent. After touring and declining to purchase or sell them our timeshare they refused to give us our gifts as promised or refund our deposit. It is a vacant building, no guests which was our first clue, and the offer to buy our existing timeshare for 4 times what we paid for it. Of course they wanted $1500. up front and would later send us the $25,000. They think Americans are fools. Don't waste your time going there. They also have a connection with La Jolla which is also a rip off.
